We want you to feel the ground beneath your feet perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our footwear. If your Barefoot Shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
